I started as Senior Producer and progressed through senior leadership roles, Head of Production, Executive Producer, then MD and EP, helping scale a Scotland based production service into an internationally recognised production and content partner. I executive produced work for global brands and agencies, opened new international markets, grew long term client relationships, and led the teams, operations and financials behind the business. In 2022 I helped launch LS Films, moving the company into original content. I contributed to the company's inclusion in the FEBE Growth 100 and The Sunday Times fastest growing businesses in 2023.
A career defining creative period. I produced the BAFTA winning film work that earned the New Talent BAFTA Award, alongside a further BAFTA nomination for Colours. I worked independently across commercial and creative productions, expanding my industry relationships and broadening my experience across agencies, brands and production partners internationally.
I produced work across commercials, television and film, managing productions from development through to delivery while building relationships with agencies, directors and clients across the UK production industry.
I started on reception and progressed to Facilities Manager and then Operations Manager, building the strong operational and organisational foundations that continue to shape my operator's approach to creative leadership today.
